Members must meet nursing home level of care with physical limitations which qualifies them under the Source and CCSP Medicaid Program (EDWP).
Caregiver must reside in the home with the member and be biologically related Family caregivers are required assist you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, exercising, grooming etc.
